AIMSS would like to welcome two new Program Directors who will lead our Inherited and Acquired Myopathies and Allied Health Professionals in Musculoskeletal Research programs.

Dr Emma Rybalka will lead our Inherited and Acquired Myopathies program with projects that will investigate mechanisms that drive, and therapeutic interventions against, inherited and acquired skeletal myopathies.

Associate Professor Cathy Said will lead our Allied Health Professionals program who’s researchers are involved in a range of musculoskeletal research activities including falls, mobility, osteoporosis, sarcopenia, frailty and arthritis.
