Program Director
Program Directors each lead a research program and harness strong networks of collaborators locally and around the world to advance research in their field of expertise. As a Program Director, you should be based at AIMSS, Western Health affiliated Hospitals or AIMSS Partner Research Institutes, and should demonstrate a high level of commitment with our

As a graduate student or medical student/trainee, you can gain valuable research experience as a Member-in-Training and learn from world leaders in musculoskeletal disease research. Our unique location at the Western Centre for Health Research & Education (WCHRE) based at Sunshine Hospital means you will have access to:

- Conduct clinical trials using our Clinical Trial Rooms, professional staff and patient focused services
- Specialised facilities and instrumentation
- WCHRE Meeting & Seminar Rooms and the Auditorium

- Limited access to facilities at each partner organisation (negotiated on case-by-case basis)

- Financial support for research activities through the AIMSS strategic fund
- AIMSS scholarships (for RHD students)
- Travel grants and other activities that promote AIMSS
