The AIMSS Seminar series invites guest speakers to present their research to AIMSS Members. This event will be held online via Zoom.
The guest speaker for this event is Dr Joseph G. Ouslander, who’s presentation is titled ‘COVID-19 in nursing homes: Calming the perfect storm’.
Joseph G. Ouslander, M.D. is Professor of Integrated Medical Science and Senior Advisor to the Dean at the Charles E. Schmidt College of Medicine of Florida Atlantic University (FAU) in Boca Raton Florida. Dr. Ouslander is an internationally recognized geriatrician and is a past-President of the American Geriatrics Society, and serves as the Editor-in-Chief of the Society’s Journal.
He is a coauthor of Essentials of Clinical Geriatrics and an editor of Principles of Geriatric Medicine and Gerontology.
